HEARTHFOUND is a standalone portrait-first fine-pixel founding puzzle about permanent labor. Every deed is raised by one named founder; that founder immediately leaves the wagon, becomes the building's stable first worker, and works there at every later dusk. The settlement succeeds only when the public stores, zero-stall rule and exact named Keeper all agree.
