Common Ground

An original landscape-first town-charter puzzle rendered as a living screen print. Five distinct wards surround one common: growers, makers, fishers, learners, and weavers. Every neighboring pair shares a border and one civic amenity. Drag that border's covenant seal toward a ward to give it two shares and private access, or leave the seal centered to give both neighbors one share and shared access. A charter can be ratified only when all five wards have exactly the space and amenity they need—and the prescribed number of borders remains common.
