Every Beacon Makes One Voyage Real. NULL COURIER is an original portrait-first observation-collapse puzzle. Every burn moves all currently possible courier histories. Each history owns its own position, cargo and seal permissions. Prisms create new possibilities; a beacon that sees exactly one history makes it real and discards the rest. If two histories are witnessed together, the receiver overloads.
