Aegiswrit is a supersampled skeletal deflection game in which the shield is not a block button. Keep one hand on the visible shield boss and move it along the defender's reachable vertical brace. The complete body follows through shoulder, elbow, spine, pelvis, knees and feet. At each weapon impact, actual shield height, attack height, accumulated body impulse and shield surface angle determine whether the weapon misses, breaks the stance or is written into the sworn CROWN, HEART or HEEL seal.
